Very friendly and professional! My husband and I were moving out and hired Magic Maids. They cleaned up places I didn't even think about and they made a beautiful difference! I recommend them 100%

Beneatau (sorry if I mispelled) and Yolanda did an AMAZING job on my mother in law's house.  We ordered a deep clean and they were on point!  They were early arriving, did a thorough and detailed job, and were very courteous.  Beneatau made sure we through our checklist and made sure there were no items missed.  There wasn't!  I highly recommend this company.  Professionalism was top notch.  Thank you!

I cancelled my first appointment with Magic Maids but ended up rescheduling for a different appointment due to the company's persistent follow-up and the owner's desire to resolve. Most of my initial interactions regarding quotes, services needed, and other questions were with Sheila who was extremely cordial, responsive and followed up as promised. In fact, she, along with Aliza and Italia (the owner), followed up as promised on several different occasion. I learned that Italia adamantly fights for the well being and safety of her magic maids, seeks to understand her clients' needs and optimizes on constructive feedback in growing her business and expanding her clientele. I cancelled my original service because my husband asked the ladies to wear booties in our home while cleaning (we're an Asian household), but they were unable to. It seemed like a simple request so it shocked us when they rejected. My husband spoke with Italia and they had a heated discussion but were able to end the call on a positive note. Italia explained that there was a liability and safety issue but that she'd be looking to provide booties that were safe for her ladies to wear while cleaning. Though it seemed like a simple gesture of peace at the moment, Italia mentioned that she would follow up upon finding a resolution... and she did. Not only did she reach back out to us, the ladies had their booties on hand when they arrived at our front door. As for the actual cleaning, B and Herayda did a great job. My housemate stated that it looked as if I cleaned the home, which is quite a compliment. (I'm meticulous when it comes to cleaning and so Magic Maids is actually the fifth or sixth I've had.) These ladies take pride in their ability to clean well and verifies that you're satisfied with the level of service they provide before leaving the home. If you feel they "missed a spot," they'll gladly redo that area. They clean as if they're cleaning their own home. They were the only ones who knew to wipe down my doors without being asked (not just the handle but the actual doors) and yes, doors need to be wiped down from time to time 🙂 I'm thankful that we gave them another chance as Magic Maids is a company that I can rely on to come clean my home again.

My cleaning team were Yolanda and Benetu and I am extremely happy with the deep clean they did on my home.  They covered surfaces I didn't even realize were in need of cleaning! Plus they did a great job with all the standard nooks and crannies that need a thorough job i.e. a deep cleaning! When I saw the finished rooms for the first time I was ecstatic. I live alone and work full time so the last thing I want to do at the end of a long day or on my days off is clean my blinds and baseboards.  I'm pretty good about keeping the basics clean but a regular deep clean just makes my home feel extra comfortable and spotless and lifts a huge weight off my shoulders.  I will DEFINITELY be calling Magic Maids a few times a year to keep this going. After leaving this review both owners called to see what happened and what could be done to rectified the situation. These ladies went above and beyond to make us happy. We will be booking again in our new home because everyone has an off day and deserves a second chance. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and getting back to us so quickly.

I had Magic Maids out to my home and my son's apartment for the first time today.  They were extremely prompt, professional, courteous, and very thorough!  It was a pleasant experience and a relief to know that my home is clean and in order now.  Binetou and the other cleaner (sorry forgot his name) were friendly and understanding to my needs.  They did an amazing job!!  Thank you so much.

Had a move in cleaning and can't say WOW AMAZING JOB enough to describe the work done. If you want you home beyond clean with a company that gives you a list of what they do and pricing upfront, then booked with Magic Maids!! The owner lacks professionalism and accountability during my experience with her. After the cleaning, we found three window shades were broken by the maids. They. rolled it up when we did the walkthrough so I couldn't tell. I texted the owner Italia to let her know. Not necessarily her fault, just a feedback to her team. Next morning, I found my phone number blocked by her. She also blocked me on Yelp messaging where I originally found and talked to her. I find it hard to understand why Italia choose to straight block a paying customer. It's not what normal people would do. We ended up replacing the shades ourselves. I find the other negative reviews very relatable. She treats consumers like enemy. I won't be surprised if she leave a reply under this review trying to depict me as a dishonest customer, which she seems to be very good at. I read her introduction talking about 'quality' and 'never cut corners'. I was touched by the 'women owned business' part. Now I'm just disappointed by experiencing the worst customer service I've had.

We have just finished our second cleaning with this company. I didn't write anything the first time because I didn't want to commit they would do a good job until I have used them a couple times. After today we were very pleased with the detail of the job the crew has done. My only surprise is that we were to have the same cleaners each visit and that didn't happen. We had a good crew with zero complaints but wasn't part of the original agreement. I am a very picky person and both teams were great!
